Strong teams are built on strong communication 🧶

During a recent team-building session, one of our BCBAs led an activity that reminded us how connected we all are. As a ball of yarn was passed around the circle, it created a visual web representing the lines of communication between each member of our team.

Then, pieces of the yarn were randomly cut to demonstrate how easily communication can break down and how those gaps impact collaboration, support, and ultimately the care we provide.

It was a powerful reminder that intentional communication, active listening, and mutual respect are essential to the work we do every day.

We’re proud to invest in experiences that strengthen our team and reinforce the values that guide Family Beeginnings collaboration, connection, and growth.
