Lance brings a deep passion for sports and a comprehensive understanding of the athletic landscape that will elevate our campus community. From scheduling and operations to event ex*****on and fan engagement, he has hands-on experience across the full spectrum of athletics—paired with a clear vision for how sports can enrich the student experience and strengthen institutional culture.

A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Communication and a minor in Sport Management, Lance has consistently demonstrated his commitment to athletics as a powerful platform for connection, growth, and impact. His professional journey reflects not just a love of the game, but a thoughtful approach to how athletics can positively influence students, coaches, families, and the broader campus community.

In his current role at BSN Sports, Lance has earned recognition as Customer Care Representative of the Year (2026), highlighting his leadership, collaboration, and dedication to service. He has developed a strong operational mindset—managing logistics, coordinating timelines, and ensuring seamless ex*****on—skills that directly translate to the complex and dynamic world of college athletics.

Lance’s impact extends well beyond operations. As Director of Girls Basketball & Business Development for NHSportspage.com, he has immersed himself in the interscholastic athletic community, working closely with coaches, athletic directors, and families. Through this work, he has gained a nuanced understanding of the role athletics play in educational environments—not just as competition, but as a driver of student development, school pride, and community connection. He is deeply committed to ensuring that every stakeholder—students, athletes, staff, and supporters—feels the positive and lasting impact of sports and student activities.

Known for his energy, approachability, and collaborative spirit, Lance is eager to build inclusive, engaging, and memorable athletic and campus life experiences. His passion for sports, combined with his strategic perspective and community-first mindset, makes him an outstanding addition to our team.
