Are you looking for space to rest? Jeff & I create an energetic and sacred space in order for your soul to rest, reset, and breathe. Sound baths incorporate instruments that facilitate vibrational alignment for the body, mind and spirit complex. In these times it is important to allow ourselves space to connect again and again with the sacred, the pause, the quiet, the hum of live and love within that forever remembers who we truly are. Join us to connect with that space of whole essence within tonight at Heartsong Yoga Center.
