I have taken a extended break due to Covid, but I'm ready to get back at it.
Are you interested in healing on a deeper level? During a sound healing session I use a variety of instruments, including Himalayan singing bowls, to facilitate relaxation and healing. Message or text me for more details.

I love the Himalayan bowls because they are so complex, and each bowl has its own personality.I use Himalayan bowls extensively in my sound healing sessions. Welcome to my first video about sound healing! With everything the world is going through, I have decided to create a series of short (5-7 minute) videos about sound healing. One of my goals for late winter/early spring was to spread awareness about my new venture. Because of the social distancing guidelines, I have decided to reach out in this way instead. I will be covering a lot of information, but I plan on doing this in short chunks. I welcome all comments and questions! Once we are on the other side of this pandemic, I hope to see you in person!
