Our Vinyasa Flow classes were a big hit at our open house, and we’re excited to share that they’re now part of our regular schedule every Saturday at 11:30 AM, starting January 17.

✨ 21 YEARS ✨

Today, our studio turns 21! 🎉

For almost 11 of those years, I’ve had the privilege of being its owner, and what a meaningful journey it has been.

Our place is so much more than a yoga and Pilates studio. It’s where friendships form, support is shared, and people show up for one another, on and off the mat.

I’m deeply grateful for the incredible students who make this space what it is, and for our amazing teachers. Your passion, care, and dedication bring this studio to life every single day.

Thank you to every student, every teacher, and every soul who has walked through our doors with your smiling, happy faces 😄

Here’s to the past, the present, and all the beautiful moments still to come. 💛🧘‍♀️
