Patient Success Spotlight: From Pain to Peak Performance 🏔️

Meet Laura— an avid hiker who came to us after struggling with ongoing Achilles and calf pain. Despite already completing a prior round of physical therapy elsewhere, she wasn’t where she needed to be — and with a bucket list hiking trip on the horizon, time was of the essence. ⏳

Together, we developed a personalized treatment plan that not only addressed her pain, but also matched her training timeline — all with one goal in mind: tackling the Tour du Mont Blanc (TMB) pain-free. 

 📷The photos say it all — a 110-mile loop through France, Italy, and Switzerland, climbing and descending 3,000–4,000 feet per day for 9 days straight, with no rest days. And yes — she crushed it, with zero pain. 🙌🏻

The first photo? That’s her on the Via Ferrata — a hike that involves traversing a rock face on steel rods, balancing on a tightrope, and crossing a suspension bridge more than 2,000 feet in the air. 

To hear her say: “Being able to complete this rocky terrain with zero pain was truly amazing — I couldn’t be more thankful to have felt that good,” is why we do what we do.
