I wanted to share a little about what we do at TAILS of Transformation! You may have seen our flyers and wondered what it’s all about.

We’re a nonprofit focused on supporting youth who aren’t getting their needs met in mental health and life skill development. With strong backgrounds in both horses and mental health, we’ve seen just how powerful that connection can be.

Our programs combine horsemanship (both riding and groundwork) with real-life skill building—confidence, communication, and relationships. Whether it’s lessons, camps, or group programs, kids get hands-on time with horses while also growing alongside their peers.

At the heart of everything we do is connection—both with horses and with each other. It’s a safe, supportive space where kids can be outside, try new things, build skills that truly last, and have the time and space to process their experiences in a healthy way.

So, sign your kiddo up for Summer riding, life skill building connections, or anything in between. We're here to make connections and build resiliency for a healthy future, no matter the program.

It was quite a night! I’m beyond grateful to the incredible partners who helped make it happen. Karen and Alysa—you are amazing! And a huge thank you to Brad, Josh, Dave, and Brynley for all the hard work that made the evening such a success.

Thank you as well to the talented artists who donated truly stunning pieces for our silent auction, the filmmakers of Rescued Hearts, Matt for handling the sound system, and everyone who came out to support our very first HeART of a Horse event. We couldn’t have done it without you!
