When my son was 6 months old, I tried to give him his first bottle… and he completely refused it.

He had no idea how to drink from it. I bought every single bottle on the market—even special “breast-like” ones shipped from Europe. I was desperate, but nothing worked. I couldn’t be away from him for more than 3 hours, and it was miserable.

What I didn’t know then is that breastfed babies are actually more likely to refuse the bottle than the breast—and research shows that exclusively breastfed babies should be introduced to a bottle around 3–4 weeks old. Not as a replacement, but as an option for flexibility when you need it.

If you’re breastfeeding and want your baby to take a bottle at some point, don’t wait as long as I did. It’s not about choosing one or the other—it’s about keeping both doors open. 💛

It’s easy to trust advice from someone with a big following. But when it comes to your baby, followers don’t equal expertise.

Even well-intended tips can miss the mark — and that can affect your baby’s growth, airway, development, and your own wellbeing as a parent.

Feeding isn’t just about getting milk in. It’s about protecting your baby’s health and your peace of mind. That takes more than trends — it takes credentials, clinical training, and evidence-based care.

Your baby deserves more than algorithms. They deserve real expertise and safe support. 🌱

Most parents think a bottle is just a way to feed. But the truth is—the ni**le design actually shapes how your baby eats, swallows, and even breathes for life.

The way your baby uses their tongue, lips, jaw, and palate while feeding doesn’t just matter for today—it sets the stage for:
• Healthy oral development
• Strong feeding and swallowing mechanics
• Airway health as they grow
• Speech and eating skills later in life

It’s amazing how something so small can make such a big difference.

Swipe through to learn why bottle choice matters more than most people realize, and how the right ni**le design supports your baby now and in the future.

Feeding isn’t just about getting milk in — it’s about connection, pacing, and listening to your baby’s cues.

✨ Hold baby close
✨ Switch sides halfway
✨ Pause often for breaks
✨ Stop when baby shows they’re full

This approach helps protect appetite control, supports digestion, and makes bottle-feeding a calmer, more bonding experience. 💛
