Hard work and dedication! Despite what hollywood would have us believe the weight wont just “fall off” after you have a baby. You need to get your ass up and work for it! Just because you have a baby doesnt mean you stop taking care of yourself. If anything im more motivated than ive ever been to be strong and healthy for my son. To be a good example for him and to be here as long as i can for him.
