1️⃣ Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four
2️⃣ Hold your breath for a count of four
3️⃣ Exhale slowly out of your mouth for a count of four

➡️ A slight dip in energy can be a normal physiological response to circadian rhythms, post-lunch digestion and changing levels of hormones.

❌ However, if your afternoon fatigue is severe, persistent and impacting your productivity or quality of life, it’s not something you should over look. Dips in energy can be a sign of underlying health issues, dietary deficiencies or lifestyle factors that need to be addressed.
