Opposite Action, week four! This time we’re slowing down and noticing earth tones: browns, greens, grays, and brick/stone textures. Take a 5–10 minute evening walk and find colors and patterns in trees, fences, sidewalks, porches, or garden beds. Tiny walk, calmer mind.
