💥2 miles run and FINALLY found a good mask for exercise and dance♥️♥️
If you are a fitness instructor or dancer you know the struggle is real to find a mask that doesn’t go up your nose and restrict your breathing! I have tried so many different masks and finally found one that is comfy, safe, and doesn’t make it hard to breathe during activity! Of course it’s not perfect as no one wants to wear a mask during a workout, but this is pretty dang close! And I can make it cute and brand it! represent!

Happy Holidays, friends! This year I’m co-hosting a holistic wellness challenge called “The Heart Centered Holiday Challenge” from Dec 9 - Dec 20 where you’ll focus on self-love, care for others, and getting your heart-rate up!

✨ Each day there will be a new journal/reflection prompt and a fun holiday themed cardio move! For accountability, you can post these to your story, on your feed, or comment on our post that you’ve completed the task for the day!

“This work is Hard and YOU can do hard things”

This hit home today and I wanted to share how important it is to heel our relationship with food in order to live a healthy lifestyle. I have had so many ups and downs with my body and it is hard work to keep remembering to not be hard on myself for weight gain or eating something is is deemed “unhealthy” but tonlove myself for where I am now. Knowing I and healthy and fit no matter what the scale might say “even though I stopped using the scale” 😊 I hope this helps you out today as it did me!

“Stop trying to fix your body! It was never broken!”

That is my mantra today!

Just finished my workout and it was tough but so rewarding!

That’s why I workout now! To feel good and accomplished and I remember to reward my body for all it’s hard work!
I have always been told to workout so that I can look better or loose weight, and that used to be the reason I did and I HATED IT . I never wanted to go to the gym.

It wasn’t till I allowed myself to move my body cause I wanted to that I found how much I love fitness and workout outside of dancing!! And my body responded, got stronger, fitter and I was happier! Even though it may not physically look that way.

So my body was never broken and I never needed to fix it! My body has been through some rough times of constant fad diets,a blood clot, anxiety and so much more! And I never appreciated what it could really do. Its capable of so much more than I ever imagined and I am grateful she is still going strong! Always love the body your in!
