Finding Your Center in Nature’s Embrace 🌿

Sometimes the best healing happens when you step away from the healing room ✨

This moment perfectly captures something I believe deeply: we don’t always need a formal session to reconnect with ourselves. Sometimes we just need to step outside, breathe deeply, and remember that we’re part of something so much bigger.

Why 80-Minute Sessions Are Life-Changing 💫

Here’s something I’ve learned after facilitating many sessions: there’s magic that happens after the 50-minute mark ✨

50 minutes is beautiful for maintenance and stress relief. Your nervous system relaxes, tension melts away, and you leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

But 80 minutes? That’s where transformation happens.

Here’s what I witness in those extra 30 minutes…

🌊 The First 20 Minutes:

Why I Chose the Name ‘Coruscate’ ✨

Coruscate means “to sparkle brilliantly” - and that’s exactly what I witness in every session.

But let me tell you the full story… 💫

When I was searching for my company’s name, I spent weeks writing down words, feeling into their energy, seeing if they captured what I actually experienced with my clients. Nothing felt right.

Then one day, I came across “coruscate” in a book I was reading. The word literally stopped me in my tracks. It described perfectly what I see happen in that sacred healing space.

You know that moment when someone’s whole face changes during a session? When their shoulders drop, their breathing deepens, and something that was tight suddenly releases? When clarity cuts through confusion like sunlight through clouds?

That’s coruscating. That’s your inner light breaking through whatever was covering it.
The beautiful thing is, I’m not creating that light.

You don’t need me to give you light. You ARE the light. I just help clear away what’s dimming it - the stress, the old patterns, the beliefs that tell you you’re not enough.

Every session is like watching someone remember who they really are beneath all the layers they’ve collected along the way. The successful businessman who finds his tender heart again. The overwhelmed mom who reconnects with her own dreams. The person who’s been people-pleasing for decades and finally feels their own authentic voice.

Watching clients rediscover their inner sparkle? Witnessing that moment when they remember their own magnificence? That’s the magic of this work.

And while’ve mentioned this below, I love this plot twist I realized later: “Coruscate” sounds like “Chorus Kate” - and I LOVE to sing! 🎵 Talk about the universe having a sense of humor about our purpose. Sometimes our paths choose us as much as we choose them.

But whether you call it Coruscate or Chorus Kate, the mission is the same: helping you remember how brightly you’re meant to shine ✨
