What is Sound Bath?

Sound bath is a therapeutic experience where participants lie down and are immersed in a soundscape created by resonant instruments like crystal singing bowls and bells. The goal is to induce a state of deep relaxation, stress reduction, and improved well-being through vibrations and tones that are felt physically as well as heard.

Bring a yoga mat or we have extras. We also have chairs and a couch if the floor just isn't the right fit for you.

Free coffee, free tea, we soften the lights, and dive into the sounds 🧘. See you soon.
