Why does loneliness feel so common, yet so rarely talked about?

Many of us are surrounded by people, connected online, staying busy — and still feeling disconnected. Not because something is wrong with us, but because the way we live doesn’t always leave room for real presence.

Before we try to fix loneliness, we have to acknowledge it. Naming it is the first disruption.

From there, we can begin to notice the small, human moments that quietly rebuild connection.
