🌟 Harnessing the Power of Somatic Techniques 🌟

Today, I want to share with you the incredible power of somatic techniques in transforming our lives and enhancing our well-being. Somatic practices invite us to reconnect with our bodies, tapping into the wisdom they hold and unlocking a whole new level of healing and self-discovery. This is the profound truth behind all manifestation:
YOU can be the change to make the world what you want. And it starts by changing YOURSELF.

Of course that begs the question....how do you be the light, love, grace and strength BEFORE they are actually in your life?

This is such a great question and here is how I like to explain it:

ENERGY is everything.

It literally molds our reality.

The vibrations from our thoughts sculpt the physical reality around you.

In other words, our thoughts and feelings create our reality.

This can be a challenging concept to grasp especially if life is pulling you in all different directions, but don't worry!

THIS is why I teach and empower individuals through heartmath and SRI (somo respiratiory integration) . We can educate and read about it all day or find the teachers that can help us fully integrate real energy shifts!

No Skill Level or Equipment Required as only the breath and light body movements are suggested. Water bottle recommended. Ages 10 and up

Do you feel built up energy that’s ready to expand or be fully activated? Or are you ready to tap into that energy within to be able to take on what’s next in store for you?
This is exactly the focus through this series as we begin the first 3 classes with calming and grounding exercises to settle and tap fully into your full potential. The last 3 classes focus more on growth, expansion and moving forward with what life has called you to do. We are limitless beings and have access to these incredible tools within to takeoff in a new powerful way!

With this intimate group of seekers we often hear of experiences such as:

*Facing resistance and limiting beliefs vs. truth
*Increasing energy and emotional capacity
*Learning self trust
*Embracing full-on abundance
*Receiving cues from your higher self
*Creating vs. managing outcomes

Each class we will learn at least one breathing type including but not limited to circular breath, 2 part breath, box breath, breath of fire and more. We will utilize multiple techniques such as nostril, mouth, breath hold etc. Classes come with handouts and practice techniques to take home that aide in nervous system restoration.

4/19- Deactivate fight/flight responses, Anxiety aid, Inner peace connection

You do not heal 'from' trauma.

Breath for Self Care: Let It Go
Class available in person or on zoom.

There are many reasons why we hold onto things that no longer serve us. Often, the things we hold onto tell the story of who we are. We find it hard to let go of them because they’re tied to memories or emotions related to our sense of self-worth or identity. There’s also an unconscious benefit that can keep us holding onto any of those beliefs or emotions which creates another barrier to fully letting go.

To address this excess baggage, I invite you to the power of a two-part breath class:

*To facilitate the release of what isn’t ours any longer through the breath

*Creation of the energetic space to discover and step into what is uniquely yours

* Tackle what we have unconsciously avoided in order to feel comfort or safety

* Experiences often include physical and/or emotional processing that open the doors to creative insight and clarity or feelings of peace or calm

* Expect to feel a shift in your energetic state and a little bit more YOU : more grounded, creative, expressive, empowered and expansive.
