in China and have been practicing for over two decades. Tai Chi and Qigong have helped me defeat kidney disease in college, overcome extreme work stress and go through tough times in my life...as we all have had those difficult periods in our lives. I would not be the person I am today without both of Tai Chi and Qigong skills. This is the reason I am very passionate about teaching, because I want to provide a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for people like you to learn something that could change their lives.

Have you heard about eating seasonally?
Eating seasonally means choosing fruits, vegetables, and other foods that are harvested during their peak growing seasons. This approach has several benefits:
1. Freshness: Seasonal foods are often fresher and tastier because they don’t have to travel long distances.
2. Nutrition: Foods that are in season are usually at their nutritional peak, providing better vitamins and minerals.
3. Cost-effective: Seasonal produce is often less expensive due to higher supply and lower transportation costs.
4. Sustainability: Supporting local farmers and reducing the carbon footprint associated with transporting food from distant locations.

Brain health is such an important matter for our health. We hear a lot about mental health which often relates to illness and disorders, but not enough for taking care of the physical brain. In fact, if we take good care of our brains, some disorders can go away on their own. For instance, anxiety and depression, they could be nutrition deficiency. As a holistic health coach, I always utilize nutrition assessment to determine the deficiencies of my clients. Then give recommendations on lifestyle change and needed supplements. In most cases, the effect was immediate.
The brain needs good fat. Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are considered good fats for the brain because they can help the brain function more effectively. Fatty fish, high quality Olive oil, walnuts, avocados, pumpkin seeds are all good choices. Other areas we need to work on include adequate sleep at night, stress reduction and management, physical fitness, healthy diet, and quality supplements.
Who are you? Your brain determines it. The way you think, act and everything you do are the outcomes of your brain. So love your brain, eat and do the right things.

Everyone needs supplimentation, and this is a modern truth. The earlier you are on proper and high quality suppliments, te better condition of your health. We are supposed to get enough nutrients from our foods, yes, but it probably in your great grandparents' era. Now our soil is so depleted, and the farming became for the profits, our foods don't grow the ways like before. This was why that I fixed one of my clients 6 years high blood presssure with only 2 doses of suppliments. Is that simple? Find the root cause, give what your body needs to function well.

I was “Godsent” to a little girl with sever eczema!
I went grocery shopping this evening. At the checkout, I saw a beautiful 6-year-old girl with sever eczema all over her face and arms. As a holistic health coach, I had experience treating eczema before. After a short conversation with the mother, the root causes are pretty obvious. I give three suggestions: 1. Change the laundry detergent to chemical free ones; 2. Have food allergy test done; 3. Stop swimming in the chlorine pool which she does every day. The mother was very happy for my help and told me that I was Godsent. What a honor!
Of course, like thousands of eczema suffers, they went to the dermatologist and received antibiotics and cortisone. Drugs may bring temporary relief but they will make the eczema worth. Once again, finding the root causes is the key for healing.

As a certified holistic health coach, I never recommend any products or strict diet for weight loss (fat loss is more accurate) to my clients, simply because finding the root cause is the key. Stress from all sources usually plays an important role on weight gain. I lost 26 lbs. after 8 months quitting my extremely stressful high school teaching job 3 years ago without any diet restriction and product. Stress causes hormone and nutrition imbalance which interferes brain function which makes you lose control over food consumption. Start with nutrition balancing, including eating clean and healthy foods, proper supplementation with high quality supplements, and get moving (exercise). Weight management is a whole lifestyle approach and there is no cheat sheet.
Beware that wright loss is a over profit business. In 2023, US spent $89.9 billion on weight loss products and services, $772.5 billion on prescription drugs. Isn’t that shocking? With all that money spent, if the products, drugs and services worked, we should see all slim people walking around, right? We are not even mentioning all the side effects on mental and physical health from the money you spent.
Again, take control of your health including your weight, don’t let all greedy companies take advantage of you.

Winter is around the corner, get your nutrition balnced not a flu shot
Winter and a flu shot might be linked togather as we are all told. But I suggest you to boost your immunity for this winter.
