Step away from your daily routine and give yourself the gift of connection, movement, rest, and renewal. My Women’s Wellness Event brings together powerful practices and gentle moments. All designed to help you reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit.

4:35 – 5:35 | Restorative Yoga with Brooke Hedrick - Co-Owner of Down Dog Yoga & Lifestyle Studio
5:40 – 6:15 | Dinner (included)
6:15 – 7:30 | Creative Craft Time
7:30 – 8:30 | Floating Sound Bath with Adrienne Krizan - Owner of The Loud Sound Bath and host of the event
8:30 – 9:30 | Sunset Intention Fire + Closing Circle
What’s Included:
✔️ All supplies for yoga + floating sound bath (mat, bolster, blanket, block and float)
✔️ Catered dinner + snacks throughout the day
✔️ Access to all activities, sessions, and workshops
✔️ A peaceful outdoor setting with pond, pavilion, and fire circle
What to Bring:
A refillable water bottle
Lawn chair for the closing fire circle
Tennis shoes for the self-defense session (required!)
Comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing (layers and a change of clothes are encouraged)
Sunscreen
Optional: any additional yoga or comfort items for your sound bath experience
Swimwear or comfy clothes if you’d like to get in the pond to swim.

This is a rain-or-shine event—most activities are under cover or in the open air.
Sound Bath Note:
During our evening sound bath, you'll have the option to lie on a cozy mat under the pavilion or float peacefully on the pond. All gear provided—just show up and settle in.
