To me, there is no more curious and exciting thing to say as a therapist than, “I don’t know, let’s find out together.” 🪞🌹🪞

I’m not in the fix it business. You were never broken. In fact, what your sitting here apologizing for - even the apology itself - is a beautiful and loving intelligence inside of your body attempting to care for you the best that it can. I’m not here to make you a better anything, if anything - this work will only ever help you be more curious and forgiving. And that, to me, feels like two of the most healing energies one can work with…..so what was your question? I can’t wait to discover the answers together. Your body knows the way. 🌀
