Where Is Zach Now?

We are so excited to share great news that came from the last hearing for Zach and our FIRST UPDATE. Some of you may even notice the name of this page has been changed to (Where is Zach Now?). Now we'll get to showcase pictures once we get them of Zach with us the Davis's enjoying some of our favorite hobbies that include Dirt bike/Quad riding, 4-wheeling, Mudbogging, Racing R/C cars and Boating. We have the Tucson, Marana, Avra Valley, Picture Rocks and Surrounding areas to Thank and we sincerely do thank this community for helping us find him.

After our last hearing with the family court judge, we were awarded some supervised parenting time with Zach through a local facility in Tucson (WHAA-HOOO!!!). Its a start and we are so extremely excited for it! Our Next hearing is Scheduled Friday March 7th 2025 and that is when the sessions with Zachary though a supervised manner should come to a head. At that time we will get to present evidence and witness testimony's as to how and why it would not be a danger for Zach to have unsupervised visits with his other family the Davis's. It will be pretty close to Summer by that time next year, so we are extremely hopeful that our family will get to enjoy some good quality time with him. We've already got the Boat Prepped for the Lake haha. All in all we are just super excited and grateful for the Community and Justice. Its been along time coming and its finally here!

There was such an amazing overwhelming responce from the Avra Valley, Marana and Picture Rocks Community and we THANK YOU so very much! We appreciate all of your continued support.

After successfully locating and properly serving the Culps (less than 24Hours with going to social media) , this is the Rabit hole they want to go down again. They continue to do anything they can to stop us from having a relationship with our Son. NONE of the allegations are substantiated and never will be. The first photo is of our request for a hearing. We will update with the Time and Date for our amazing supporters.

We are well prepared to fight, unfortunately it is their burden of proof and since they do not have that, the court won’t even allow us to introduce our exhibits for this specific case. However, we are most certainly ready!
