Sadhana— the most powerful tool in your toolbox !

More recently, I’ve begun to use, and prefer, the Sanskrit words to describe yogic practices.

The words have so much more depth and meaning to say are doing Sadhana, essentially means you have a daily spiritual practice…

but Sadhana is a loaded term.

It’s your daily practice that would consist of pranayama or breath, work, mantra, meditation, or silent meditation, Asana, or any yoga, postures or flow, journaling, prayer.

It could be any combination of the above or just one, done very well

Typically, Sadhana would be the same type of practices daily for a specified number of minutes and a specified number of days:

11, 21, 40, 90, 120 or even 1000 days!

The habit and commitment of Sadhana is where the real transformation begins.

What kind of transformation? Let’s save that for part two.

Our Story

Forget everything you know about yoga and try Kundalini Yoga & Meditation. I’m committed to sharing the tools and techniques of removing stress, shedding the past and finding peace and joy within ourselves. My classes use are loud and quiet, they move fast and slow. As life gets more chaotic, whether it's positive or negative, I find it essential to use a variety of techniques based on what my body, mind and spirit need in that moment. The fastest and most effective way I've found to relax and reset my nervous system is through Kundalini Yoga. All postures are modified to fit your needs. Everyone moves and breathes at their own pace. Emphasis on increasing strength, reducing stress and anxiety, while increasing vitality and radiance!
