Lately I’ve been talking a lot about the mental load of “being strong”…
But here’s the part we can’t forget.
Your mind doesn’t heal on its own.
Your body doesn’t reset just because you push through.
At some point, the weight shows up in your energy, your sleep, your mood… all of it.
That’s why I love Reiki on days like this.
It gives your nervous system a moment to exhale.
A moment where your mind and body can reconnect instead of just endure.
