Just like we pay attention to physical symptoms, we have to learn to pay attention to the emotional and mental ones too.
Feeling constantly overwhelmed.
Struggling to focus.
Feeling stuck in stress, anxiety, or emotional heaviness.
These are not things you have to simply “push through.”
This Mental Health Awareness Month, let this be your reminder:
It is okay to ask for help.
It is okay to need support.
And it is okay if support looks like a mental health consult.
You do not have to wait until things feel severe.
You do not have to wait for a breaking point.
