✨ One more sweat together before a short pause. ✨

Join me this Saturday at 9AM for Hot Power — my last class teaching until April 11th.

I’ll be stepping away for about a month to take care of a medical procedure and give my body time to recover. While I’ll definitely miss our sweat sessions, I’m so grateful for the incredible team at Peach Out who will be stepping in to keep the energy strong while I’m away.

Please show my amazing subs some extra love and support while they lead the room 🥰They’re talented, passionate, and ready to bring it💪🏼

🧡TEACHING UPDATE 🧘‍♀️🍑

I will be taking a 4-5 week break from teaching and my last official day on the schedule is this Saturday, March 7th. Taking a little time for recovery and will be back before you know it! Grateful for this community and my amazing team holding it down for me at The Peach 🍑

Leveling up 💪🏼 PERIOD.

🧘‍♀️ In May 2026, I’m beyond excited to be heading to Mexico for my 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training with Jonah Kest 😱 I have followed Jonah for MANY years, inspired by his powerful sequencing, intelligent programming, and ability to blend strength with REAL soul. I cannot wait to learn from him!!

⭐️ BIG BONUS: The Yin Yoga portion of my training will be taught by Travis Elliott. Omg. HELLO!!

I’ve always believed growth meant staying a student, and over the years have learned SO much from my incredible team at Peach Out Power Yoga, who have consistently supported, challenged and stretched me beyond my comfort zone has given me the courage to take this leap. I cannot WAIT to bring my growth and knowledge back to my incredible community!

I truly could not run the studio without you — and I don’t say that lightly. You handle the things no one sees, the details that matter most, the moments that keep everything moving when I’m pulled in a hundred directions. You do the work that makes the work work. You are brilliant, thoughtful, hardworking, tolerant and ALWAYS there for me. You anticipate needs before they’re spoken, take care of things I don’t have time for (or honestly wouldn’t even think of), and do it all with grace, humility, and heart. You CARE about the studio, and you care about me and my success. You are my biggest cheerleader, my constant support, and someone I trust COMPLETELY — which is extremely rare and priceless. Peach Out is better because of you, and I am better because of you.

Today we celebrate YOU — the quiet strength, the care, the loyalty, the time. and the love you pour into everything. I hope you know how much I appreciate and value you every single day.

The Saturday 9:00am crew at The Peach deserves its own post today. The heat was high and the power was REAL🔥 This room of amazing peeps SHOWED UP big time, and SLAYED every single breath. Totally focused, super enthusiastic and unapologetically
fierce 💪🏼 Thank you all for a fun morning at my home away from home! 🧘‍♀️

PS.......I'm subbing for Steve-O tomorrow, Sunday, December 28th, at 9:00am. New flow and playlist, and lots of sweat in the plan 😅
