Nashville, I am so grateful to bring the Nervous System Reset to this beautiful city. This will be a 3-hour journey guided by me, blending movement, breathwork, and sound healing to help you release, regulate, and return home to yourself. 🌿✨

This offering is for anyone who feels the call to slow down, reconnect, and allow the body and heart to reset. Whether you are brand new to these practices or have been on the path for years, this space will meet you where you are.

11 Years Sober 🙏

Today I celebrate 11 years free from all mind altering substances.

What began as a desperate climb out of darkness has become the most beautiful journey of my life. One filled with grace, growth, and an unshakable connection to a Higher Power that continues to change everything.

I am forever grateful for the path of recovery and for every soul who walked beside me, believed in me, and reminded me of who I really am.

To live, to love, to serve, and to connect deeply with life and others is the greatest gift I never saw coming.

Here’s to another year of healing, of presence, and of purpose. If you’re in the struggle, please know there is a way out of the hole that addiction creates. You are not alone. I’m here if you ever need support.
