I’m opening up a last-minute 2-hour conscious breathwork and cacao ceremony this Saturday, December 6th from 11 AM – 1 PM in Chattanooga, TN, and I’d love to share this sacred space with you.

This journey will include ceremonial-grade cacao from Guatemala, a guided conscious breathwork journey, gentle somatic movement, and meditation — a powerful reset for the mind, body, and heart.

Energy Exchange: $50 per person

Through somatic movement, gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, vibrational healing, and music, the Nervous System Reset becomes more than just an event — it’s a living, breathing experience.
