I performed an eye lift and facial fat grafting to balance her cheeks bones and under eyes. One reason under-eyes can look tired is because they don’t have enough cheek support. Imagine the cheek is a platform holding up your lower eyelid. It’s like if a wall in your house was collapsing, you might need to reinforce the floor to help support the wall.
