I’m not 25. I don’t have six-pack abs or a fast metabolism.
I’m not wild, carefree, or skipping meals to squeeze into a smaller size.

But here’s what I am:

✨ I'm over 50
✨ I’m wiser.
✨ I’m more in tune with what my body actually needs.
✨ I’m focused on strength, energy, and longevity.
✨ I’m confident in the skin I’m in—curves, laugh lines, and all.

At this stage in life, I’m not chasing skinny.
I’m building something better: vibrant health, lasting strength, and joy in my everyday life.

If you're looking to stay consistent with your fitness this week, take a few minutes today to schedule in your workouts just like any other important appointment. Whether it's strength training, walking, yoga, or even some stretching on your busiest days—it all counts. 💪
When we plan ahead, we remove the guesswork and give ourselves one less excuse to skip the things that move us closer to where we want to be.

Summer wellness, but make it meaningful. 🌊☀️🧘‍♀️

This moment with my daughter (and my dear friend Ami , not pictured) at beach yoga? It’s what I call real health — movement, sunshine, connection, and slowing down enough to actually feel it all.

I’m reminding my clients (and myself!) that wellness isn't just what you eat or how many workouts you check off. It’s about creating memories, finding joy, and giving yourself permission to breathe.

✨ Laugh more.
✨ Move your body in ways that feel good.
✨ Soak up the sun.
✨ And be fully present with the people you love.

✅ Drink the water

✅ Go to bed 30 minutes earlier

Small wins add up to big change.
