Sometimes life gives you a moment that feels like the start of a brand-new chapter…and this picture is one of them.

It’s a moment that stopped me right in my tracks.

I raised two sons with my whole heart…
and now, in this next chapter of our family’s story, I’ve been blessed with a daughter who fits so naturally into us.

I wanted to take the time to re-introduce myself. A-lot has changed over the years and I’ve been working hard on my authentic self and following my passion. Here’s what I’ve been up to.

Hi, I’m Cheryl Dantoni — Certified Health Coach, Reiki Practitioner, and creator of The Health, Mind & Body Method.

I founded Dantoni Wellness to help both women and men reconnect with themselves - mind, body, and spirit - after years of putting everyone else first. I know what it feels like to lose your sense of self while trying to take care of everyone around you.

My approach combines the science of behavioral change and nutrition from my Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) training with the evidence-based tools of Positive Psychology and the restorative power of Reiki. Together, these create a holistic path that supports emotional, physical, and energetic well-being.

Through private coaching, Reiki sessions, and my Emotional Eating & Mindful Living Workshops, I help clients uncover the emotions behind their habits, break free from cycles of stress and self-sabotage, and rebuild a balanced relationship with food, confidence, and self-worth.

Whether you’re healing from burnout, seeking peace with food, or simply ready to feel whole again, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
