Second Half week 5 here we come !
Morning, Couch 25Kers!
Week 5 has been brisk—and by brisk, I mean “why did I leave my couch?” kind of weather 😄—but wow, you’ve all been doing an amazing job. Three sets of 5‑minute jogs? Crushed it.
Tonight we level up a bit: 2 sets of 8‑minute jogs. I know, I know… but I’m absolutely confident every one of you will handle it like champs—tonight and Sunday morning at 9:00 AM.
We’ve got this! Let’s finish Week 5 strong before we boldly march (jog?) toward Week 6. So dress properly, bring your positive attitude, and I’ll see you there tonight.
