If yes, register for our upcoming QPR Instructor Training, which will be taught virtually via Zoom on Monday, May 16. Cost per trainee is $510, however, scholarship opportunities may be available; please inquire for more details.

Anxiety Toolbox!

Counseling Services is offering a free, fast-paced, three session workshop called Anxiety Toolbox!
Anxiety Toolbox is an opportunity for you to learn about and develop skills relating to mental health, specifically anxious thoughts and anxiety-related concerns. While there will be opportunity for group discussions of topics discussed in sessions, participants will not be required to speak before the group.
This virtual workshop will start Wednesday, February 16 from 6:00-7:30 and run three consecutive Wednesdays. Please note: if you attend, it is best to attend all three, as they build on each other.
Spots are limited, so reach out soon to sign up! Another round of Anxiety Toolbox will likely be offered later this semester, for students unable to register for this cycle.
