Massage treatment has been shown to i crease range of motion and mobility in those with stiffness.
One does not have to use extremely deep tissue to alleviate pain although some folks prefer that.
By using a cupping tool we are able to begin pulling out knots and help facilitate healing of the muscles
If you wasnt to come see me at the shop we will customize a massage to your needs. It is my intention to relax and unwind to make you feel better.

Massage prices
$80/hr
$120 / 90 minutes

Package of 4 massages
$280 (a savings of $10 on each treatment)
Payment due at first treatment

I add hot wax treatments to feet for $10 extra

I do a back facial cosisting of hot towels
Salt or sugar scrub and a mask of either clay or rose treatment peel off
Followed by a massage. 90 minutes total for $160.

Massage should be given with consideration of the clients needs. It is a healthy form of relaxation and unwinding of our knots.

I was taught that we are to 'Do No Harm'
Which is my creed I follow.

I have extensively studied cranio sacral massage and use it on all my clients, some responding more positively to it than others. It is just one tool I use. I also use cups as a means to assist in pulling out knots.

I started doing massage professionally because I had enjoyed the benefit of it personally. It is my intention to help the body unwind and heal as we our bodies were made to heal.
