And you know what… I don’t feel guilty about it AT ALL! Do you know why? Because I enjoyed it!

You can enjoy things like pizza, or chocolate, or ice cream. You just need to learn how to enjoy it and then move on!

One of the most difficult things about making any change is your mindset.

When starting any new habit or journey having your mindset in the right place can make all the difference.

Telling yourself you can do it.

It being: meal prep, make time for yourself, feel good about yourself achieve your goals!

I posted this but forgot to put on here “baby is asleep.. time to prep my meals”.

All too often I hear “I don’t have time”. Honestly you need to make time. Prioritize yourself and your health.

I feel like I am getting more and more used to my house being a disaster. And you know what? That’s ok…: I work 40+ hours a week… have a new baby… 3 dogs… and a husband to take care of. Now, it’s not all my responsibility. I’m lucky my husband does help quite a bit. But… that being said. My point is… the dishes in the sink and the laundry in the dryer can wait till tomorrow.

You need to eat right? Why not take the time to prep your meals… make the healthy option the easy one. Worry about the dishes ant the laundry another day!

Honestly. It’s been such a long time since I took the time to prep my foods.

I said to my husband this was the first Sunday in a LONG TIME I was not stressed out about starting the week. I have my fruit washed and prepped along with my lunch for the week.

I am super excited to be back to eating the foods I love that make feel amazing.

Let’s hear it a little louder for the ladies in the back!

If you have watched any of my stories lately you probably are aware of where I stand with my body right now after having a baby.

Things I have learned to accept about my body:

- it grew a whole human in 9 months
- it was sliced open to bring said little human into this world
- it works really hard to provide nourishment for said little human

My body is not the body I had before my baby. But that is OK…. I want you all to know… that if you’ve had a baby… that it is OK if your body is not the body you had before a baby.

That being said. It doesn’t mean your body is something you’ll never be happy with again. REMEMBER HOW AMAZING YOU ARE. Remember the amazing thing your body did to create a family.

Accept where you are today… but challenge yourself a little bit each day to get where you want to be!

The weekend is almost over.. and do you know what it’s NOT TIME FOR? Another diet.

I cannot tell you how many times I have been around people on a weekend snd have heard the phrase “I’ll start my diet Monday”.

GIRL YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THAT STRESS EVERY WEEKEND!

Making smaller changes, such as: portioning out your pasta instead of just putting a bunch on a plate, will help you become healthier over time. Thus will help you lose weight WITHOUT gaining it back.

Hi everyone!!!

I’ve had quite a few new followers and thought it was time to introduce myself again!

I’m Lynz (sounds like Lindsey.. yahhh idk what my mom was thinking haha 😂😂)

I am an antidiet Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I work primarily with woman to kick that diet mindset & help them lose weight for good… all without “cutting out” their favorite foods.

For the longest time I myself was on this rollercoaster ride of “cutting things out”.. I didn’t eat fruit for almost a year. FRUIT!! For Pete’s sake! Which is FILLED WITH tons of vitamins and minerals our bodies need to survive! I’ve learned and and realized! You can eat all foods, loose weight AND BE HAPPY.

Losing weight is more than just being healthy.. it helps you feel good not only physically but mentally.

For the longest time I told myself I was going to start a business. Has it been easy? Absolutely not!!

Am I being 100% successful? Absolutely not!

But I am trying and learning as I go! 1 year ago I started my business and today I see several clients for 1:1 coaching and several are enrolled in my group program!

Hit the save button if you’re one of those people who skip breakfast often? A lot of my clients come to me and we have to have a discussion about the importance of breakfast!

It’s not necessarily the “most important meal of the day” but! It’s important not to skip it. Having something small is better than having nothing at all!

When you create an EASY balanced breakfast with some protein fat and carbohydrate this will HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT!

Next time you’re thinking of skipping breakfast just remember. It doesn’t have to be elaborate or time consuming! 3 ingredients and you have a great breakfast!
