Forgotten Places Society is a soulful, small-town brand rooted in nearly two decades of paranormal research, history, urban exploration, and spiritual storytelling. We began in 2006 as a paranormal investigation team — chasing shadows, preserving history, and holding space for the things most folks overlook. Over time, we’ve witnessed lives changed, shadows cleared, and faith restored. Today, our journey continues through a blend of art, photography, energy work, and handmade natural items — shared at festivals, markets, and wandering road trips across West Tennessee, North Mississippi, and North Alabama. From dark hallways to open-air fairs, we now bring our stories, experience, and the same spiritual tools we once used to help countless families, individuals, and businesses clear their spaces, restore peace, and cleanse what lingers unseen. Our mission is to honor the places that once mattered, hold space for the people who still do, and spark spiritual revival by helping others rediscover beauty in what’s been left behind. You don’t see something like this every day. This bike looks like it rolled straight out of a 70s psychedelic dream and landed right here in the present.

Bright colors, wild energy, and absolutely zero interest in blending in. It’s the kind of ride that reminds you the road is supposed to feel free, not ordinary.

Some people chase peace in quiet places. Others find it with a full tank of gas, the wind in their face, and colors loud enough to wake up the whole highway.

Sometimes you don’t need to fix everything. You don’t need to spiral. You don’t need to win the argument. You just need to breathe, fluff up your feathers, and let the cold air hit your face.

Every minute is a fresh chance, and I think we forget that. The clock ticks and we act like we’re stuck being the same person we were five minutes ago… but you can literally start over mid-day. You can change what you say next, what you do next, what you feed your mind next, what you let your heart carry next. You can chopse to lookup from your phone before they’re gone.

One today is worth two tomorrows because tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, and sometimes what you’ve been waiting to do “someday” is the exact thing that gets fulfilled today.

So if you’ve been putting something off—start small, start messy, start right now. This minute counts.

Make your time worth it. Choose to love.
Choose to be happy.
Choose to inspire others.
Choose the light.

Twenty years ago, we started with questions.
In 2006, the journey began with the UT Martin Paranormal Society and the Paranormal Research and Investigation Society of Martin (PRISM).

In 2017, that path evolved into Ascension Paranormal Society.
In the storm of 2020, we founded the West Tennessee Paranormal Society — a chapter that ultimately led us to step away from paranormal investigations altogether.

By 2023, we retired from the field and launched Forgotten Places Studios.
What followed was a season of transformation, struggle, and searching — including the rise of Church of New Revival, a chapter that taught us hard lessons about pressure, purpose, and the cost of carrying too much.

Now, 20 years later, we’ve returned to our roots —
but this time, it’s not about looking for ghosts.

Forgotten Places Society is about honoring history, beauty, and stillness.
It’s about art, photography, music, and spiritual wellness —
Finding peace and purpose in the echoes of the past…
And light in the places no one else sees.

We’ve come under many names over the years, each with its own purpose.
But the core mission has never changed:
To serve the community by bringing light into the darkness and peace to the chaos.

It’s always been a ministry of revival — just not the kind most people expect.
