❤️ WOI Team Spotlight: Erica Lynn Bell ❤️

See why Erica chooses to Go Red in support of Women's Heart Health!

High blood pressure is deeply personal for Erica’s family. Both of her parents and her brother have battled serious hypertension. Now she is working intentionally to change that story for herself and for her daughters.

Erica is committed to prevention, education, and empowering her girls to advocate for their own health so they can avoid a lifetime of daily blood pressure medication.

Supporting the American Heart Association’s Women of Impact campaign is her way of turning family history into advocacy, awareness, and hope — not just for her daughters, but for families across our community.

💓 This is how we create generational change.
💓 This is how we fight heart disease in West TN.

If Erica’s story speaks to you, consider supporting our campaign or sharing this post to spread awareness. Together, we can build healthier futures for our girls. Donate NOW via the link in the comments.

❤️ Why I Go Red ❤️
Awareness of heart disease prevention is key to decreasing the devastating numbers affecting both men and women in our region and across our state. February is a powerful reminder to raise awareness of risk factors and to take the necessary steps to manage and prevent them.

I want to encourage others to not only care for their own hearts — but to spread awareness and help save the hearts of the ones they love.

Join us in making an impact right here in West TN.
Support, share, and help us raise awareness for heart health. ❤️

Heart disease runs deep in my family history — and the people in this photo are exactly why I choose to Go Red.

This campaign is personal for me. I want more birthdays, more holidays, and more ordinary moments together with the people I love most.

When you support the Woman of Impact campaign, you’re helping families like mine have more time together. ❤️

❤️My why ❤️

I go RED to honor those living with heart disease and for those who have lost their life due to heart disease. As a nurse, I love for people to be proactive and preventive with their health. I want people to be educated on what to do in an emergency and react quickly for better outcomes. As a mom, my heart beats for our 2 beautiful daughters. Heart disease runs in our family. As they are young women now, I want them to have the best research and resources available to always keep them heart healthy.

If you feel the same way about your loved ones, friends and community then please consider donating to my page. We are looking for individual and business sponsors. My fundraising efforts are for my dear and smart friend Allison Castleman. She is nominated as the West TN American Heart Association’s Woman of Impact.

All proceeds will go to the American Heart Association and all donations are tax deductible. Please help me to make a difference. You can donate by clicking on this link: 🔗 http://www2.heart.org/goto/StefanieGray

✨ Team Member Spotlights are here! ✨

We’re kicking things off with me — your 2026 American Heart Association Woman of Impact ❤️

Heart health matters deeply to me, not just as a healthcare provider, but as a wife and mom. My family is my why. I want to be here — fully present — for the everyday moments now and the big moments still to come… graduations, weddings, and one day even their families too.

That’s why this campaign matters. Education, prevention, and quick action save lives, and together we can make our community healthier and stronger.
