Let me share an activity and after I would like you to try it and respond your experience however you feel comfortable. While I was designing this activity I decided to add distraction into the mix so we can see each see responses. While you got your survival skills cut off and you turn them on by the most simplistic action like taking a bite of an Japanese eggroll. Take your first bite and eat it. while you are chewing and enjoying the food inside of your mouth and tasting the buttery eye roll mixed cleverly with onions and cabbage 🥬 observe the eggroll in your left hand held by your thumb in the following two fingers. Take notice to the shape in the way the structure cooked nice and tan. Take notice in the brilliant structure of the breakaway teeth marks. Smell the aroma of cabbage and cooking oil. Take a deep breath and see if you can detect a hint of a previous dish cooked in the same oil. Take another bite. The way the cabbage and onions hit your tongue inside of your mouth the taste of the oil and the texture of the bread. Pay attention to the way the food hits the lining of your throat and whisper in your mind I am so grateful
