Instructions

5. Mix until combined.

Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, add tuna, sliced pickles and minced garlic.
2. Mix to combine.
3. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
4. Mix until well combined.
5. Place in the fridge until ready for use.
6. Prepare keto bread by beating egg whites in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
7. In a separate bowl, mix together egg yolks, cream cheese, psyllium husk powder, salt and baking powder.
8. Gradually fold in egg whites.
9. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
10. Pour egg mixture creating 1/2 inch thick disc.
11. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
12. Remove from oven and cool for 5-10 minutes.

3. Next, add blackberries into a small food processor and blend the remaining unsweetened almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract together.
4. Transfer blackberry mixture into a small bowl and fold in the remaining chia seeds.
5. Cover raspberry and blackberry mixture and place in the fridge for 2 hours, stirring once after 30 minutes. Optional to chill overnight.
6. In a serving glass, add blackberry mixture at the bottom, followed by the raspberry mixture.

1 tbsp butter
2 oz mushrooms, sliced
4 oz bacon (reserve 2 thin strips)
1 oz parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 oz cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Dough
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup almond flour
1 egg
1 oz cream cheese

Instructions:
โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
Filling
1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Chop bacon and slice mushrooms. Cook in melted butter for 7 minutes or until tender.
3. Stir in cream cheese and cook until melted. Place aside.

Dough
1. Melt mozzarella and butter in a microwave until almost runny then add cream cheese.
2. Continue to microwave until completely melted.
3. Fold in baking powder and stir until the mixture is bubbly.
4. Add egg and almond flour and stir until the dough starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl.
5. Transfer the dough on a kitchen counter, dusted with more almond flour and knead gently.
6. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll each part between two pieces of baking paper, to 1/8 inch thick.
7. Place a bacon strip on each dough portion and top with filling. Fold the sides and roll the dough as burrito.
8. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
10. Bake hot pockets for 15-20 minutes.

These doughnuts are a fantastic combination of almond and coconut flour but you can also use just one of those two flours โ€“ you will still get the same results but the combination of these two will give you a delicate coconutty aroma which is nicely balanced with almond flour.

Also, if you donโ€™t have strawberry- flavoured protein powder, you can use the unflavoured one but add some extra strawberry extract. You can also skip the protein powder completely and add the same amount of almond or coconut flour โ€“ whatever works for you!

1 cup almond flour
1 cup coconut flour
2 tsp baking powder
1oz strawberry gelatin powder, sugar-free
1 scoop protein powder, strawberry flavory
1 stick butter, softened
4oz cream cheese
2 tsp strawberry extract
ยฝ cup erythritol
5-6 strawberries, sliced
2 egg whites
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp water

Glaze:
2 cups powdered erythritol
1 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
Instructions:
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine together almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and gelatin powder. Mix well and set aside.
2. In another bowl, add protein powder, cream cheese, lemon juice, and strawberry extract.
3. Using a hand mixer with whisking attachments, beat well until completely smooth.
4. Slice strawberries and add to a bowl of an immersion blender. Add water and blend until a smooth puree has been formed.
5. Add the cream cheese mixture to a bowl with dry ingredients along with pureed strawberries and egg whites. Mix all well into a smooth dough.
6. Butter a silicone doughnut pan and add the dough.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set.
8. When done, cool completely before removing from the pan.
9. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze.
10. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well with a hand mixer.
11. Top chilled doughnuts with the prepared glaze and serve.
12. Enjoy!

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF. Generously grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and line the bottom with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. Separate egg yolk from egg whites, then add egg whites to a medium bowl.
3. Using a hand mixer, beat egg whites well until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
4. In another bowl, combine together almond flour, baking powder, salt, and cream of tartar. Mix well using a kitchen whisk, then add butter and egg yolks.
5. Using a hand mixer fitted with dough hooks, beat the mixture on medium speed until fully incorporated.
6. Fold in egg whites in several batches and mix until you get a smooth batter.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.
8. When done, remove from the oven and cool to room temperature before removing the bread from the pan.
9. We topped our bread with avocado, egg and sprinkled red chili flakes ๐Ÿ˜.
