Let me tell you about Sisel

So after my first post I ended up with a viral bug and felt terrible. Pretty much lost my voice for a few days and coughing was terrible. I did not want to continue the program because of taking cough meds and such so I plan on getting back after it tomorrow. I will weigh and just do a restart.

So I started this page to document my journey and I just haven't had the enthusiasm needed to go. A friend of mine has also started and she was the one that gave me the motivation and then after seeing a picture of myself I said to myself now is the time. So here I am fat and unhappy, body aches from carrying this weight around and ready to do something about it. I am embarrassed to say that today I weigh 199.3 😩. I have shared this page with a few folks for two reasons my neighbor believes in this product and the second is to hold myself accountable. I will try to post daily non my progress whether it be good or bad to see if this product actually helps. So day 1 I sit here typing this drinking only 1 cup of my new favorite Carmel macchiato iced coffee which has 120 calories. I just took my morning capsules and plan on eating a bowl of cereal for breakfast probably raisin bran or frosted flakes because that's my norm and I want to see how these capsules affect a normal day. I am also using my fitness pal to keep track of my caloric intake. So here goes!
