Another small test batch of Guardian Luxe Piercing Aftercare Serum is made and ready for the next round of testing.

The previous version turned out really well, but I still see room to improve the formula and dial it in even more. Tomorrow I’ll be checking the pH, TDS, and EC, along with watching how the batch settles for clarity, separation, odor, and overall consistency.

I’m also continuing to refine the label so the final look matches the quality and direction of the product.

Guardian Luxe is being developed as a lightweight external piercing aftercare serum — thin, clean, and easy to apply without being heavy or gel-like.

This is the behind-the-scenes work that goes into building something properly: testing, adjusting, documenting, and improving one batch at a time.

Today is the day!

I’ll be set up at the Master Gardener Show at the Skagit County Fairgrounds with Bee Oasis, LLC and the Infusion Care Collection.

Along with the Nexus Bee Oasis and Eco-Pillar, I’ll also have several Infusion Care Collection products available, including beard care, aftercare balms, and free samples while supplies last.

The Infusion Care Collection has been built through hands-on work, small-batch testing, and years of experience through Infusion Studio, LLC. Each product is part of a growing care line made with purpose, creativity, and attention to detail.

Behind the scenes at Infusion Studio, LLC, making things for Infusion Care Collection.

Today I’m cutting a small batch of concept labels for Glacial Guardian Beard Oil. This is part of the early product development process, where I can test the look, size, layout, and overall feel before moving anything into a larger run.
One of the benefits of doing this in-house is being able to make changes as the product develops. If the label needs adjusting, the artwork needs refining, or the product direction shifts, I can update it without being locked into a large order.
