At Wellness Solutions, we are a medical massage clinic focused on helping patients feel better, move better, and heal. We’re growing quickly and looking for a skilled, dependable Licensed Massage Therapist who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about patient outcomes.
This is a supportive, LMT-owned and operated clinic where your skills are respected, your schedule is valued, and your growth is encouraged.
✨ What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality therapeutic massage tailored to patient needs
Perform deep tissue and treatment-focused work
Contribute to a calm, professional, and healing environment
Optionally provide spa services (scrubs, aromatherapy, hot towels)
✅ What We’re Looking For
Licensed Massage Therapist (required)
Strong foundation in Swedish and therapeutic techniques
Confident in deep tissue and pressure-based work
Experience with injury treatment or medical massage preferred
Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
Team player with a positive attitude
Medical credentialing is a plus—but we will help you obtain it if needed.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
$45/hour per massage (first 90 days) → up to $50/hour after
$17.50/hour for non-massage time
Consistent scheduling (we keep you busy)
Paid time off
Flexible scheduling options
40% employee discount on products
Up to $500/year continuing education reimbursement
(Based on averaging 20 massage hours/week)
