Explore the chakra system and learn more about each energy center from the root to the crown.
Each practice will combine the union of body, mind, and spirit through asana, (variations of basic flow & sequences) pranayama, mudras, mantras, and meditation.
Balancing the chakras is essential for individuals to experience harmony and optimal health. Notice how chakras are incorporated into any yoga class.
This practice will focus on the fourth area, heart known as Anahata.
