Who is ready for yoga?! I sure am! It looks like Sunday will be in the 90s but I'm up for it. Let's meet at the amphitheater at 2pm Sunday May 29. This will be a chill, all levels flow yoga class. AND as always FREE!! I have a few extra mats available. They will be first come first serve. Don't forget your water bottle.

Yesterday I was in shock. Today I'm grieving the lose of a friend. I know several of you might be feeling the same. I want to share a breathing exercises that calms the nervous system. It's called 3 part breathing. Take a big inhale
Pause
Exhale a third of your air
Pause
Exhale another third
Pause
Exhale all your air
Continue as long as you need to.
