This year, our team came together to support the , and we set out with a goal of $50,000, but together, we raised an incredible $120,000! 🙌✨

The Johnny Mac Soldier’s Fund is a truly meaningful cause, providing crucial support to veterans, active-duty soldiers, and their families. Every dollar raised helps give back to those who have given so much, from financial assistance to resources that make a real difference in their lives.

The West Region is driven by growth persistence and pride in ownership. CORNEA outreach and blitzing are second nature here and this team. This year this and based team welcomed 1,500 more patients than last year, a direct result of showing up consistently getting out into the community and truly owning each store as if it were their own.

Leadership makes the difference and Brandi leads with heart. She is known for being kind, deeply invested, and an exceptional trainer who genuinely cares about the work and the people doing it. Her hands on approach builds confident teams and a culture rooted in purpose and pride.

With an average of 13.5 years of optical experience among managers, the West Region blends expertise with action, turning consistency into results.

Day 7: South Region Spotlight 👓🔥

If the music is up, the laughter is loud, and there is a phone out for selfies you are definitely in the Southern Heat. This region brings the volume, the energy, and the personality every single day and it shows in the culture they have built.

With 17 locations across Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, the Southern Heat is led by Erika, a leader known for her playful spirit, quick humor, and ability to make people feel comfortable and confident at the same time. She leads with heart, connection, and just the right amount of silliness. Her presence sets the tone for a culture where teams feel supported energized and excited to show up.

And then there is Brandon, the unofficial mascot of Southern Heat. If you see a selfie happening, he is probably in it. He brings smiles everywhere he goes, snapping photos with staff, and adding to the energy that makes this region so unique.

Growth has been a big part of the story, with five new locations added last year in , , , , and , making this year the first full year with for those stores and adding even more momentum to a region that never slows down.

The Midwest Region knows how to work hard and have fun doing it and a lot of that starts with Ryan, Regional Director of Operations. As a leader, he brings humor energy and a playful spirit wherever he goes, and he is well known for joking around and snapping selfies with associates across the region. That lighthearted approach creates connection, trust, and a culture people enjoy being part of.

Spanning Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, this region continues to grow and evolve. This year three locations, , , and moved into newer stores, giving teams refreshed spaces that support both patient care and team pride.
