❤️ What’s your fitness why? To be healthier and stronger, both mentally and physically. I love to workout!

🖤 When did you start at ReZist? I started in June of 2025.

❤️ How have your body, mind, and health changed since you began? My body is stronger and more fit, and I am much more at peace with myself. I feel so much healthier!

🖤 Which class is your favorite workout? I really like them all. The classes at Rezist keep my workouts interesting!

❤️ What keeps you coming back? The people are all so fun here! Everyone is always smiling at, laughing with, and cheering for each other! And there’s always something exciting going on at the studio ~ Community Events, Member Challenges, and Special Pop-Up Classes make ReZist the place for me!
