Dsfit2run DSFIT2RUN is a non for profit organization dedicated to educating Health and Fitness to ordinary people to get extraordinary results for ordinary expenses.

History of DSFIT2RUN was formed because a parent was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and Dee wanted to raise money for the cause. Dee was too late to register for the Breast Cancer walk and decided to raise money for another cause which was Leukemia. The training was excellent, but the fundraising was stressful. Hence the idea was birth, to create a non for profit organization to help people meet their exercise goal with no stress of extensively fundraising. DSFIT2RUN was formed in 2010 based on the concept that an individual is fit 2 run but chooses to power walk allowing them to walk their way into success with decrease injuries and less stress on knee joints.

Day 1 of the Chasing the Chocolate Challenge is officially coming to an end — and wow, what an amazing start!

I’m so excited to say I accomplished my daily goals (because YES, you should always set a goal for yourself each day 🙌🏾).

We wrapped up this evening with a powerful meeting with our Ambassadors & Coaches — the energy and passion for the transformations ahead is unstoppable! 🍫
