Wow! It's been a really busy few months at TRS!

First off, we're so excited to add Matt, an Occupational Therapist, to our team! He's been a great fit and we're already learning from each other on ways we can add even greater value to our clients.

We've also recently wrapped a comprehensive OSHA 30 course that we taught on-site at an employer's mill. We're able to adapt certain aspects of the training to their specific work environments, and it's an even more valuable training experience for them.

Sandy did an amazing job igniting interest in Validated Physical Demands Analysis at the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Conference in downtown Little Rock. We were also able to meet some great new contacts during the conference.

Madeline, Bill and Matt worked at "Safety Days" at another clients' facility, providing great support, education and excitement for their event.

And, Beth, has been all over the state of Arkansas delivering Safety consulting services, but she was also a "celebrity" judge at a chili cookoff held at a facility in South Arkansas!

We're so thankful to have our hands so full! We're ready to wrap up a few more exciting projects in the next few weeks!

We’re looking back on 2023 and the impact of our services on employers’ operations. One observation is the increase in the employers’ return on investment (ROI) of our services as the duration of our services increases.

The ROI for safety, ergonomics, and physical demands analysis programs tends to increase over time for several reasons.

Sandy had a great day presenting to the UCA- Physical Therapy students.

Through her presentation, she was able to introduce them to the crucial role that Physical Therapists can play in Occupational Health.

DPT Class of 2025 received valuable information from fellow PT, Sandy Greeson, on a physical therapist’s role in an occupational health setting. This informative lecture will assist the students with their upcoming experiential and service learning ergonomics project as well as develop them into becoming more exceptional clinicians.
