Every Monday at 5:30.
Every other Saturday at 9:30.
We could also alternate Friday afternoons if there is interest.

Tonight’s yoga has been postponed because of the weather advisories and forecast.
Is anyone interested in access to a library of videos for home use?
It may be a good option for bad weather and busy times.
