2. Set achievable and unachievable goals.
3. Develop a strong, measurable action plan.
4. Increase your knowledge about the goals you want to acheive.
5. Practice new behaviors in order to develop new skills and habits.
6. Surround yourself with people who share your values.
7. Ask for constructive criticism and feedback
8. Be flexible.
9. Get a life coach for ongoing structure, accountability and support.
10. Repeat the process for continued success.
