Dr. Marc D. Pawsat, a native of Maysville, has been proudly serving his hometown community since opening the Maysville Foot and Ankle Clinic in 1994. A graduate of St. Patrick High School (Class of 1984), he went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Thomas More College in 1988. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1992, and completed a two-year surgical residency at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in Farmington, Missouri.

In addition to his work in private practice, Dr. Pawsat serves as Secretary of the Kentucky Podiatric Medical Association, helping to guide and uphold professional standards across the state. He is also deeply involved in the local community. Along with his wife, Stefanie, he actively supports many organizations, including the Maysville Players, the Limestone Cycling League, and the Limestone Cycling Tour committee, as well as numerous charities, clubs, fundraising events, and local businesses.

Marc and Stefanie reside in Maysville with their three childrenā€”Alec, Ethan, and Olivia. For Dr. Pawsat, returning home to build his practice and care for the community that raised him has been both an honor and a privilege.

Kimberly is a dedicated Medical Assistant at Maysville Foot and Ankle Clinic, providing high-quality care for patients with foot and ankle conditions. With hands-on experience in fitting patients for diabetic shoes, Kimberly ensures that each patient receives the support and comfort they need to manage their health effectively.
She works closely with patients to address their specific needs and ensure they have the best possible experience during their treatment. She is passionate about helping individuals and she is always striving to enhance her skills in medical assistance and patient care. She is responsible for the sterilization of instruments, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and preparing rooms between patients. She also assists Dr. Pawsat at the Fleming County Hospital speciltly clinic, Maysville Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility, and Kenton Pointe Assisted Living facility.

With a professional background as a Radiologic Technologist, Stefanie also performs X-rays and Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) exams, ensuring patients receive accurate diagnostic imaging as part of their treatment. Amanda Bennett has been a dedicated member of the Maysville Foot and Ankle Clinic team for 29 years, serving as our Office Manager. She is highly knowledgeable in insurance and billing and is always happy to assist patients with questions about their policies or statements. In addition to her expertise in billing, Amanda oversees many of the clinicā€™s administrative operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. Her loyalty, professionalism, and commitment to patient care make her an invaluable part of our practice.
