I made pan sheet chicken sausage with potatoes and brussel sprouts the other day🙌🥰😍 super easy, healthy and quick. You can switch out your veggies if you like but remember to keep them in the family of greens (green beans, brussel sprouts, asparagus, broccoli etc) and you can try sweet potatoes instead of regular.

Hey all! How did you start your morning out? Did you include fruits and veggies? If you aren't a breakfast eater or maybe you just skipped the fruits and veggies all together, you definitely want to hear this! 🙌💥

See, I bet you didn't know that approximately 1.7 million (2.8%) of deaths in the U.S. are from low intakes of these! ☠😒

That makes low intake of fruit and veggies in the top 10 risk factors for global mortality rates (according to the article I read published by the WHO)😳😬

So! How can you add in more fresh fruits and veggies? Simple, make sure you're eating green leafy vegetables AT LEAST 2 to 3 times a day (these are also fabulous for having sexy abs and keeping your waist looking trim and less bloated).

Also, I know you may think its overpriced or really doesn't matter, which I promise you it DOES, but eating organic or from farmers markets is much better than grocery store brands. You can still eat healthy on a budget if you are good at saving and being a thrifty shopper (try coupons, rewards e.t.c)

I also love my opti- greens from 1st Phorm for when I can't get all mine in.

Try adding raw spinach to your eggs in the morning or shake (you literally can't taste it in a shake), or try new veggies like grilled zucchini, asparagus, roasted brussel sprouts, green beans, broccoli, cucumbers for a snack, green peppers, kale, and so on.

Stick to fresh strawberries and blackberries since they have the least amount of sugar and pack a ton of antioxidants ❤❤❤
