I am grateful beyond words.
I officially launched the catering wing of my business in June… and I haven’t stopped since.
Not a lull. Not a “slow season.” Just steady, consistent, incredible clients who trust me with something deeply personal — their health.
Some are coming home from the hospital and want to nourish their bodies back to strength.
Some are corporate offices choosing to invest in their employees’ wellness instead of just another pizza lunch.
Some are navigating ethical food choices — vegan, plant-based, intentional — and want to know their meals are crafted by someone who will go the extra mile to make it just as delicious, satisfying, and thoughtfully prepared as anything else on the menu.
But the most incredible part?
About 80% of my meal prep orders are placed by someone for someone they love.
A wife ordering for her husband to improve his intake.
A daughter-in-law ordering for her MIL going through health challenges.
A partner making sure their person eats well during a chaotic season.
Food as care.
Food as love.
Food as healing.
As a small business owner, that trust is not something I take lightly. Every tray, every label, every macro breakdown, every vegetable roasted to perfection — it matters.
