Meet our SLP, Paul LaBounty!
Paul has been a Speech-Language Pathologist for 11 years now. He grew up in El Paso, Texas before moving to Laredo to attend Texas A&M University-International, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Communication. Paul continued his education at University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where he earned his Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders. He received his Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is also LSVT LOUD certified. Paul is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, and knows American Sign Language. He has worked in a variety of outpatient settings, and enjoys working with populations where he feels he can really make a difference, like neuro. Paul loves spending time with his wife and two kids, and enjoys participating in CrossFit competitions and watching sports on TV.
